What gets emailed

When a department marks a request Not clear, the Head of Family (email from the ITS master) and the Anjuman alert address each get an email with the remark.

Forgot password? on the sign-in page emails a one-time reset link (valid 30 minutes) to the address on the staff account. Staff without an email still need you to reset their password from Users.

Set Link in emails to the address other computers use to open this app (for example http://192.168.1.20:3100). Otherwise links point to localhost, which only works on this computer.

Every email — sent, skipped or failed — appears in the Email log with a full preview, so you can check the wording before turning the mail server on.

To try real delivery on this computer, run npm run mail-sink and use host localhost, port 2525.

Reset test data

The list people pick from as the new jamaat. Deleting a name only removes it from the list — requests already made keep it.
